Experience Shibashi Comes Alive
Simple movements. A deeper practice.
Shibashi is a gentle form of Qigong that combines flowing movements with relaxed breathing and mindful attention. People of different ages and backgrounds practise it as a simple way to support health, relaxation and a calmer state of mind.
The movements may look simple. But when you begin to understand what is happening within them—how you stand, shift your weight, move from the waist, and coordinate the whole body—the practice takes on a different quality.
In Shibashi Comes Alive, I don’t just show you what movements to make. I help you understand and experience the principles that bring the movements to life.
Your Teacher
I have practised Tai Chi and Qigong for more than 40 years and am a disciple in a traditional Tai Chi lineage.
Over the years, my practice has been enriched by a deep immersion in the philosophy and principles behind Tai Chi and Qigong. This has shaped the way I teach: not simply to reproduce the outward movements, but to understand what is happening within them.
My aim in Shibashi Comes Alive is to help you experience these principles for yourself, so that the movements can become more natural, connected and alive.
Experience the Teaching for Yourself
Rather than asking you to decide whether this programme is right for you based on a description, I’d like you to experience the teaching for yourself.
I’m giving you free access to the training on Movements 1–3, taken directly from Shibashi Comes Alive.
