Thank you for joining me. This training is taken directly from Shibashi Comes Alive and gives you a chance to experience how I teach Shibashi before deciding whether to continue with the full programme.

Don’t worry about getting every detail right the first time. Follow the movements comfortably and pay attention to how small changes in posture, breathing, and weight shifting affect how the movement feels.
